日本語の「ブランド」という言葉は英語からの外来語で、「brand」から来ました。
私にとって、日本語で「ブランド物の財布」を英語で訳せば、一番使われる言葉は「designer wallet」だと思います。「Wallet」というのは「財布」に相当します。「A brand wallet」も言えば伝えます。
「Designer brand」も言います。「Designer brand」と言ったら、「財布」を指摘ではなくて、「ブランド」になります。
「それはブランドの物ですか？」は英語で「Is that a designer brand?」になります。
例文：
Michiko: Wow, I like your wallet! Is it new?
美智子さん：すごい、財布いいね！新しい？
Jerry: Yeah, just got it! I used my first salary to buy it.
ジェリーさん：そう、買ったばかり！初めての給料で買った！
Michiko: Nice! It looks expensive. It is a designer brand?
美智子さん：いいね！高そう。ブランド物の財布なの？
Jerry: Yeah, I it's from Prada.

もし「brand」だけだと、有名じゃないブランドも含みます。「brand name」は上品で有名なブランドだけです。

1) Brand-name wallet
The first expression explains that you are looking for a specific type of wallet that is associated with a brand. By saying "brand-name" this tells the person that you want a certain brand or a wallet that is from a brand.
2) Designer brand wallet
This expression is the most common because when you say "designer" that references all the different types of elite/brand/classy wallets. Designers are the people who create the brand name items and they are the people who come up with the ideas for the brands.
3) High-end wallet
The third expression is a way of expressing the type of wallet you want by explaining that it is an expensive brand. When you say "high-end" this tells the other person that you are looking for something most people could not buy because it is expensive and it is high priced. It shows that you are looking for the top quality of an item.
We use "brand name" to refer to a product made by a well known brand, designer or name. Of course, one can express that the product, in this case a wallet, is a Gucci wallet or a Versace wallet, stating the famous name as an adjective in the description. If one does not want to be specific, one can simply say "it's brand name" or " it's a designer wallet" or "the wallet is produced by a famous designer". Name brand, especially if its a famous and well known name, is usually clear that the product is also expensive.
よく知られたブランド、デザイナー又は人によって作られた製品について言う場合は "brand name" を使います。もちろん、形容詞として有名なブランド名を使って、"Gucci wallet"（グッチの財布）、"Versace wallet" （エルメスの財布）などとも言えます。
詳しく言いたくない時は、例えば：
"it's brand name"（それはブランド品だ）
"it's a designer wallet"（それはブランド物の財布だ）
又は、
"the wallet is produced by a famous designer"（その財布は有名なデザイナーが制作した）
有名でよく知られているブランドであれば、その商品が高いということも分かります。
The two sentences you see above are excellent ways to express that your wallet was expensive or famous. In the first sentence you will see the word name-brand. This word means that a product was produced by a well-known company. In the second sentence you will see the word high-end. This word means expensive. Both of these words are common in our everyday conversation and would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
