When you successfully "take a photo" of something,, you can say that you "got a photo".

If someone else takes the photo, the first example sentence is the more appropriate (passive form).
If you yourself take the photo, the second sentence is the one to use.
It is okay to use both '.got'' my photo taken and ''had'' my photo taken'
To ''take a selfie'' is when you hold the camera yourself and using the front camera to take a picture with yourself in it.
You can of course use the celebrities name in order to give more information.
Example:

I would say: "I took a selfie with a celebrity!" Selfie means taking the picture yourself. If someone else took the picture, you could say: "I got my picture taken with a celebrity!". Celebrity = famous person. The ! adds excitement to what you are saying.
