By asking if something is still there we ask if it is 'still left' meaning to be leftover and not to have been eaten yet
so you could ask
'do we still ahve rice left?' or 'is there still rice left?'
'do we still have rice left?'(お米はまだ残っていますか)
または、
'is there still rice left?'(お米はまだ残っていますか)
Do we still have some rice?(まだお米があったっけ?)
Yes, we still have enough for this week.(うん、今週の分は十分あるよ)
No, we ran out of it yesterday.(いや、昨日使い切ったよ)
Is there any rice left? - I would ask this if I would like to know if there is any spare rice after everyone else has eaten.
Is there any more rice? - This means that you have already had some but you would like extra. 7
Is there any leftovers? - Is there any rice remaining. Again, after everyone has eaten you want to know if there is any left.
Left over - remaining
Is there any rice left?(ごはん余ってる?)
Is there any more rice?(まだごはんある?)
Is there any leftovers? - Is there any rice remaining?(残ったごはんはある?)
Left over - remaining(残っている)
Either of the question forms exampled will generate a response which tells you if you have any rice at all. If you know where the rice is (or should be) then you can immediately see that there either is or is not any left!
If you want to ask your family member or someone else if there is any more rice available, there are a few different ways we can ask them about this:
1) Do we still have some rice left?
2) Is there any rice left?
3) Do we have some leftover rice?
We can use any of these questions to ask our family member about this.
1) Do we still have some rice left?(まだお米残ってる?
)
2) Is there any rice left?(まだお米残ってる?)
3) Do we have some leftover rice?(残ったお米ある?)
