今週はほとんど出張でオフィスにいないので、オフィスでしかできない仕事を今日中に片付ける必要があった、ということを言いたいです。

This week I'm mostly away on a business trip and won't be in my office much. That's why I had to take care of a few things in my office today that can only be dealt with there.
今週はほとんど出張でオフィスにあまりいないです。なので、オフィスでしかできない仕事を今日中に片付ける必要があった。

to take care of something = ○○を処理する
to deal with something = ○○に取り組む
