1.It seems it's going to be rainy tomorrow.
2.It seems it's gonna be raining tomorrow.
3.It seems tomorrow will be a rainy day.
P.S. gonnaはgoing to の略です。
If you heard something it means to 'hear' it or someone has told you something is going to happen
'to be rainy' means that the weather is going to be raining
I heard it's going to rain tomorrow"(明日雨が降るって聞いたよ。)
All three of these sentences are statements that indicate you know it will rain tomorrow. If you say any of these to an English speaker they will understand your intention is to share this information.
In sentence #2 I use the word "wet" to indicate rain. When a day is described as being "wet" it implies that it will be raining.
Grab your umbrellas!I heard it's going to rain cats and dogs.
The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener that you heard it is going to rain. In the second sentence you will see the term rain cats and dogs. This means to rain, sometimes heavily. This term is appropriate for informal settings, like talking with close friends or family members.
