I have some doubts about that shop's feel for things, based, in part, on the food arrangement.
「センス」は外来語ですが、やはり英語の意味とちょっと違います。「He doesn't have any sense」と言ったら、日本語と違って「良識」という意味になります。でも「sense」を他の形容詞か名詞で違う表現を作れます。例えば、「fashion sense」（ファッション感覚）、「
sense of humor」（ユーモアのセンス）、など。
この表現の場合では「センス」は「taste」や「feel (for things)」という表現は合っているの思います。
