私はバカじゃない
I'm not stupid.
私がばかだとでもおもったの？
Did you think I was stupid?
私のことバカだと思ってるの？

いずれもニュアンスが少しだけ違いますが、言いたいことは同じです。
言われたほうはどきっとするようようなフレーズですのでぜひ使ってみてください。

"Do you really think I'm dumb enough to believe that?"
「あなた……私がそんな事を信じるほど馬鹿だと思ってるの？」
こちらは良く映画などで聞くフレーズになっております。
"Do you really think I’ll fall for that?"
「私がそんなのに引っかかると思ってるの？」
"fall/fell for it"や"fall/fell for that"は
「○○に引っかかる」「信じちゃっている（←馬鹿にした意味で）」
と言う意味のフレーズです。
"Oh my god! I can't believe he fell for that!"
「うわ、信じらんない！まさか彼が（今の嘘）信じるだなんて」
と言う様な時に使用します。
"Do I look that stupid?"
「そこまで私、馬鹿に見える？」
と言うのもシンプルで良いかもしれません。
I am so sorry that your partner lied to you.
"I am not naive."
This is saying you are not stupid, you are wise and know what is happening.
"Do I look like an idiot?"
Here you are asking them if it looks like they can fool you. You are not stupid.
"I am not blind. "
Here you are telling them you can see and that you can see their lie.
パートナーの方にうそをつかれたんですね。つらいですね。
"I am not naive."

"Do I look like an idiot?"
「私バカに見える？」
私（＝I）をだませると思うのかと尋ねています。バカではありません。
"I am not blind."
「目が見えないわけじゃないんだから」
目が見えて、うそに気づくことができると伝えています。
This is a way to ask them in a very direct way whether or not they thought that you were stupid enough to be fooled by their lies.

If someone lies to you and you know they are lying then you might feel really angry a common saying to let them know you know they are lying is
'don't take me for a fool' or 'do I look that stupid?'
人にうそをつかれていると分かったら、激しい怒りを感じるかもしれません。
相手のうそに気づいていることを伝える一般的な言い方は：
'don't take me for a fool'（ばかにしないで）
または、
'do I look that stupid?'（私そんなにばかに見える？）
"Do you think I'm an idiot?" obviously when used this is a rhetorical question as if they did respond it would make an argument. this is a well used phrase for this context and is used in a lot of native speaking countries.
"You think I don't know the truth?" again another rhetorical question, in some cases anyway. but again another commonly used phrase when in an argument or heated conversation.
"Do you think I'm an idiot?"（私をバカだと思っているの？）
= もちろんこれは修辞疑問文です。もし相手がこれに返答した場合には、口論になるでしょう。これはこの文脈でよく使われるフレーズで、英語圏の多くの国で使われます。
"You think I don't know the truth?"（私が本当のこと知らないと思っているの？）

These three responses all use two sentences to express the idea that you are not stupid and that you know your partner is lying. In the third sentence, I use "an idiot" which is equivalent to "stupid".
The first sentence states very frankly that you know the other person is lying. The second sentence says "you can see through their lies". This is a common phrase in English and means you can see the truth, even though they are lying.
In the third sentence, I say that your partner's lies are "transparent". Something is transparent when you can see through it. A window is transparent. This is another way of saying you can see the truth even though your partner is lying.
これら三つの回答では、「私はバカではない」と「あなたはうそをついている」を二つの文で表しています。三つ目の回答では "an idiot" を使っています。これは "stupid" と同義です。
一つ目の回答では率直に相手がうそをついているのが分かると伝えています。
二つ目の回答では "I can see through your lies"（私はあなたのうそが見抜ける）と伝えています。これはよく使われるフレーズで、「うそを見抜くことができる」という意味です。
三つ目の回答では、パートナーのうそについて「"transparent" である」と言っています。"transparent" は透けて見えるものをいいます。窓ガラスは "transparent" です。これは「うそを見抜ける」の別の言い方です。
'To pull the wool over someone's eyes' means to deceive someone by telling untruths. So if you say 'You can't pull the wool over my eyes!' it means that you are aware that someone is lying to you.
The first example is very direct and to the point whereas the second and third example are more the rhetorical questions asked to show that you're not stupid. These can be a valuable tool to use because it gives the liar a chance to either tell the truth or foolishly stick to his/her lie.
When telling someone has lied to you or done something to take you for granted and you would like them to know that you are fully aware of it you could say;
- I know you are lying, i'm not stupid.
- I'm not a fool, I know that you lied to me.
