Even though I talked and talked, I didn't run out of things I wanted to say.
Regardless of the fact that I seemed to talk forever, I still had a lot more to say.

talked and talked で「しゃべりまくる」
run out of〜 で「〜を切らす」

「ずっと喋っていたのにもかかわらず、まだ言いたいことがたくさんあった。」
regardless of 「〜にもかかわらず」
3) However much I talked, there were still things I wanted to say.
「どれだけ話しても、言いたいことはまだあった。」
however much で「どれだけ〜しても」
