だとかなり硬い文章ですし、

は前後の文脈がないとfollowがどういう意味のフォローなのか（フォローなのか、ストーキングや尾行でもしているのか）判断しづらい文章です。
ですので、instagram, twitterなどサービス名をいれた方が自然に聞こえるでしょう。
なお、「SNSのフォロワーが投稿していた店」は下記のとおりです。
