The top two answers here that refer to post are to do with something that would be delivered by a postman and would be no bigger than a small parcel. As in the UK postman do not deliver anything bigger than packages the size of a shoe box.
When asking if a 'delivery has arrived yet' this would refer perhaps to an independent courier and would maybe be something larger, for example "Has my new cabinet been delivered yet?"

状況に合わせて変えてみてください。
1) Has the mail arrived today?
「今日もう郵便来た？」
自分が帰宅した時より前に郵便が届いているか？ということなので、現在完了を使って聞くことができます。
2) Is there any mail for me?
「私宛の郵便ある？」
もし自分宛の郵便が届く予定で「郵便届いた？」と聞くなら、上のようにも言えると思います。

Asking these questions is a simple way to ask "Has the mail arrived?"
"Did you check the mailbox? " This is asking if they looked in the mailbox for letters or mail.

If you have arrived home and you would like to know if any mail has arrived for you whilst you were away, you could say any of the following: "Has the mail arrived?", "Did anything come in the post for me today?" or "Has the package I was waiting for arrived yet?". All three of these questions direct ask if anything had arrived that was meant for you.

The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to ask your listener if you got any mail. In the second sentence you will see the word receive. Although this word has different meanings in this sentence it means to be given something. This word is appropriate for both formal and informal settings, it would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
