用件のみ 「necessary information」。「exchanging information」の場合は用件の交換。
「I don't like using LINE or text to chat.」の方は多分分かりやすいと思ういます。「LINEやメールでchitchatsするのはあまり好きじゃないです」の意味になります。でもこれを使ったら「I don't like long phone calls either.」の「長電話も苦手です」も行ったほうがいいと思います。
