代表者って英語でなんて言うの？

英語で「Representative」を使用しています。 また、「Delegate」とは、1人の場合は「Delegate」、1グループの場合は「Delegation」と言います。

例：The delegation from ○○ company has arrived. ○○社からの代表団が到着しました。

Allow me to introduce the representatives from ○○ Company ○○社の代表者を紹介します。

（1）「代表取締役」
（2）「最高経営責任者」

★ 解説
（1）
　代表取締役は会社の経営陣（取締役）のトップです。
　director が取締役を表していて、その代表 representative が代表取締役です。

（2）CEO
　chief executive officer の略です。
　executive は経営者、役員、取締役を意味します。そのチーフであるということですね。

①グループ（クラブや政治家など）の代表は「Representative」と言います。

例：Two representatives from each club participated in the meeting.
各クラブから代表二人がミーティングに参加した。

②会社のトップ（社長など）の場合は「CEO」や「President」と呼びます。

→その会社の代表がこれからスピーチします。
