「どのぐらいの重さ」は「どのぐらい重い」という英語にします。
どのぐらい + 形容詞 は How + 形容詞と表現します。
「どのぐらい大きい？」 How big
「どのぐらい高い？」 How tall / お金の場合 How expensive
などになります。
そして今回の「重さ」は「重い」にして How heavy にします。

Another word that we can use for weight is load.
"What is its load?" This is the same question as asking how much something that you have weighs.
Some people may also ask the "mass" of an object; however this is incorrect as mass and weight are two different things entirely.
