The three sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener that you like to go to cafes on your day off. In the third sentence you will notice the word hit. This word means to go to a particular place. This word is common in our everyday conversation and can be used in informal settings.
When I've been released from work I often like to spend my time at a cafe.
The first translation is saying that whenever there is some free time that the person likes to spend it in a cafe.
The second which is a little more detailed mentions that 'when i have been released from work' this means that the person has now finished work or they have been given time off.
The word 'often' also implies that it is not every time that the have off from work that they spend in a cafe.
