「the last typhoon」以前の台。ここは最後の台風の意味もありますがここは以前の意味です。
「my new car」新車
「was damaged」傷がつきました
「by stuff」物
「blown by the strong winds」強風…飛んできて

最初の文は｢以前の台風で強風が運んできた物が新車を傷つけた｣となり次のが｢この前の台風で強風で飛ばされた物が新車に当たって傷つけた｣となります。二番目の例では「blown away」を使って飛ばされたと表現したり「hit」で「当たった」ともう少し詳細な表現となってます。
