「邪魔」と言う言葉の直訳はないのですが、英語では何かが妨げられてる時は "it's in the way"、鬱陶しい場合は "It's bothering me" と言えます。
例文：
"The car is in the way." 「車が邪魔だ。」
"The mosquito is bothering me." 「蚊が鬱陶しい」
