＊ Up to you: あなた次第
一般的にとある要因によって結果が左右される場合は Depend on を使いますが、「あなた次第」と言いたい場合は Up to you （あなたの[選択](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34809/)に[任せる](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/40069/)）の方が自然だと思います。逆に、Depends on you とは言わず、Depend on を使う場合は ”Depends on what you want" （あなたが何したいのかによる）としたほうが良いでしょう。
例："Our plans for the weekend depends on the weather."
「週末の予定は天気次第」
例："It's up to you to decide whether or not you want to do this."
「やるかやらないかはあなた（の判断）次第です」

到着次第 ＝ As soon as it arrives
ご都合つき次第 ＝ At your earliest convenience (As soon as it is convenient for you)
やるかやらないかはあなた次第です：Whether or not we do it is up to you.
Whether or notは次第とよく使われている表現です。
例：泳ぐか泳がないかは水の温度次第です。Whether or not I swim depends on the water temperature.
