お先に失礼しますって英語でなんて言うの？

残業している人がいるのに先に会社から帰る場合、なんと言って帰ればいいのでしょうか。

「お先に失礼します」は日本特有の挨拶なので、英語圏のオフィスでは一般的な別れるときの挨拶をします。大きなオフィスでは、周りの人たちに"Bye"とだけ言い放ってさっさと帰宅してしまう人が多いですよ！

私も遅くまで残っていると"Don't work too hard. "「あんまり仕事頑張りすぎないでね」などとよく声をかけられました。

例：
I'm done for the day. See you tomorrow.
今日は終わりにします。また明日会いましょう。

Have a good evening.
良い夜をお過ごしください。

I'm gonna go home.
帰ります。

I'm going home, good night.

「お先に」という表現は通常しませんが、丁寧に言いたい時は
”I'm leaving for today.　See you tomorrow."などと言います。
（leave for today. 今日はもう帰宅するの意味）

もっとカジュアルでしたら、2番目の例文のように
I'm going home, good night.
などでOkです。

なお、good evenig と　good night の使い分けですが、
Good evening. は　「会った時のあいさつ」で
Good night. は「別れるときの挨拶」です。

使い間違えると、おかしなことになりますので、気をつけましょう。

定時になったらみんな次々帰っていくので、「さようなら」「帰るよ」くらいの軽い挨拶を言って帰ります。

ちなみにメールやメッセージでよく見る'TGIF'とは
"Thank God. It's Friday"の略で、「やった今日は金曜日だ(明日は休みで嬉しい)」と言う意味です。

他のアンカーさんが話されているように、英語圏では「お先に失礼します。」と毎回言って、オフィスを去る文化はないですね。代わりに、帰り際の挨拶として使えるもので、まだ出ていないものをあげておきます。

I'm off. 今から帰ります（出ます）。

Have a good weekend. 良い週末を！　金曜日にはこう声を掛け合うことが多いです。

"Hasta la vista, baby" is a catchphrase associated with Arnold Schwarzenegger's title character from the 1991 science fiction thriller film Terminator 2. Said in this context, 'this is it' means that's enough for today. 'I am out of here' means I am leaving just now. So, bye everyone, I will see you all tomorrow morning. What you are actually saying is that you have done enough for the day, and that you are getting out of the office and going home.
So, you may say:
This is it. I am out of here. Bye everyone. I'll see you all in the morning.

この状況での'this is it'という表現は、今日はこれで十分だという意味です。'I am out of here'は、もう帰ることを意味します。ですので、みなさんさようなら。また明日会いましょうという意味です。つまり、今日はもう十分に働いたから、会社を出て家に帰るということを伝えています。
