We haven't finished cleaning your room yet.

  • Your room isn't ready yet.

  • Your room isn't prepared yet.

  • We haven't finished cleaning your room yet.

"We haven't finished cleaning your room yet"で全然おかしくないと思いますよ!

  • As you are a little early, I'm afraid your room is still being serviced.

  • I'll get you checked in as soon as housekeeping have finished your room.

  • As you are a little early, could bear with me a short while for housekeeping to finish preparing your room?

The first phrase is possibly a little too direct, as it seems to admonish the customer for being early, and may sound a little abrupt. The second phrase sounds a lot more customer friendly, as it does not highlight that the person is too early, and also shows a willingness to get them checked in as soon as is practical. The third phrase is very polite as, whilst it acknowledges that the customer is early, it also requests their patience while the room is finished.

  • Your room is not ready yet

  • Your room has not been prepared yet.

  • The cleaning staff is still busy preparing your room for you

When you want to inform a customer that their room is not available yet when they try to check in early; then you may express this in the following ways: -Your room is not ready yet -Your room has not been prepared yet. -The cleaning staff is still busy preparing your room for you
-Your room is not ready yet -Your room has not been prepared yet. -The cleaning staff is still busy preparing your room for you

  • Your room isn't ready. yet.

  • You room hasn't been cleaned yet.

Native speakers will say like this: “Sorry, your room isn't ready, yet”. There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used. Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation: A: Can I check in earlier? B: No, sorry. Your room hasn't been cleaned yet and is not ready. B: Please wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. A: Ok, thank you.
A: Can I check in earlier? B: No, sorry. Your room hasn't been cleaned yet and is not ready. B: Please wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. A: Ok, thank you.

  • I am sorry however your room is not quite ready yet.

  • I apologize, but your room is not ready just yet.

If you work at a hotel and would like to tell someone that their room is not ready yet, you can say something like "I am sorry however your room is not quite ready yet." or "I apologize, but your room is not ready just yet.".
"I am sorry however your room is not quite ready yet."(申し訳ございません。まだ部屋が準備できていません) "I apologize, but your room is not ready just yet.".(申し訳ございません。

  • The room isn't ready yet.

  • Your room is still being prepared/cleaned.

We can use these two sentences interchangeably to mean the exact same thing. - The room isn't ready yet. - talks about how the room isn't finished yet and there are still some things that need to be done to have it ready. - Your room is still being prepared/cleaned. - uses the words, "prepared/cleaned," to talk about the general status of the room and what exactly needs to be completed before the guest can check-in.
- The room isn't ready yet. - Your room is still being prepared/cleaned.
