まずは英語でもそのままの直訳でも通じる、いいえ、むしろこういった言い方も逆によく使いますね。”I can't live without ....." というパターンの表現です。

さらにtotal「完全な」などの強調を表す単語を加えて

「私は本気で大の寿司ファンだ」
のように表現すると熱意がより伝わりますね。
