If the store closes at 7pm, you can tell the customer your trading hours run between 7am and 7pm. This should indicate to them that you're closing soon if the time is 6h45pm. In situations like these, it's important to be polite and you can add the word "unfortunatelty" to indicate that you're sad to see the customer go even though they have to. E.g.
