Is that price all-inclusive?
price = 金額
all = 全て
inclusive = 込み
Does that price include everything?
Does that price include tax?
Are there any additional charges?
「All inclusive」または「everything」という言葉はある程度曖昧なので今の「Are there any additional charges」の方がわかりやすいです。
What are the other costs?
交渉に特にオススメのフレーズは「What are the other costs?」

Sometimes we can become confused about whether the prices that we see for an item is the final price that includes all the relevant fees and charges. In such a situation, we can ask the following questions:-
1. Is this the all inclusive price?
An all-inclusive price is a price that allready includes all applicable fees, taxes and charges.
A good example of where you can see this is when buying a plane ticket. Some airlines will quote a price, and they will say that this price of ticket is the price inclusive of all fees and taxes.
2. Is this the final price after fees and taxes?
In some countries, such as Canada, the price you see on an item in a store is different from the price that you will pay at check-out. The check-out price is the final price that includes the taxes.
