日本には無い味　って英語でなんて言うの？

(とても独特な味だね)。
❷It’s a taste you can only experience here.
(ここでしか味わえない味だね)。
❸It’s a taste that doesn’t exist in Japan.
(日本ではない味だね)。

こう言えますよ、

It was good and very unique.
(美味しかった、そしてとても独特だった)。

It was good, it’s a taste you can only experience here.
(美味しかった、ここでしか味わえない味だね)。

It was good, it’s a taste that doesn’t exist in Japan.
(美味しかった、日本にはない味だね)。

海外に住んでいると、日本に無い味によく出会います。美味しいものは美味しいのですが、日本のあの優しい味には敵わないなといつも思います。

「日本に無い味」は
That's not the kind of cuisine you can taste in Japan.（日本では味わえない類の料理）
You don't get those flavors in Japanese food.（日本食では無い味付け）
のように言えるかなと思います。

I recently had some foreign cuisine and it was really delicious. It wasn't the kind of food you can taste in Japan.
「最近外国の食事をいただき、とても美味しかったです。それは日本では味わえるような料理ではありませんでした。」＝「日本では無い味」

I ate some foreign food(s) the other day which was/were amazing. You don't get those flavors in Japanese food.
「この前外国の食べ物を食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。日本食には無い味でした。」
