「私は最も（一番）～する」というのは I am the best at ~ で言えます。
「私は家族の中で一番水を飲みます」というのは I drink the most water out of my family になります。
「私は友達の中で一番映画を観ます。」は I watch the most movies out of my friends で表現できます。
何かの中では out of ~ になります。
