The best ways of welcoming and congratulating your new students.

1. Here you make a joke about it (maybe) by affirming that the students are now part of 'the best school in the country' (though, of course, it may be true).
2. Here you simply offer your congratulations on the students joining the school.
   'I wish to congratulate you on ...' This form is quite common when wishing people well following an important event in their lives....or a personal achievement.
   "I wish to congratulate you both on the birth of your son.!"
