「今年もう２０になった？」
「誕生日がくる」は have one's birthday と言います。なので「20歳の誕生日がくる」なら have one's 20th birthday となります。
turn ◯歳 で「◯歳になる」という言い方です。
ここでは現在完了形の完了用法（〜をし終えた・〜してしまった）を使って聞くと良いでしょう。誕生日を終えたかどうか聞いているわけです。
