この場合 nothing serious 「重病でない・重くない」を使って言うと良いでしょう。
例：
Don't worry it's nothing too serious. It's just a head cold.
「心配しないで、重病じゃないから。ただの風邪だよ。」
don't worry 「心配しないで」
a head cold「鼻風邪」 head（頭）がついているけど、a head cold は頭痛も含まれますが、鼻の症状のある風邪のことを言います。
Nothing to be worried about, it's just a cold.
「ただの風邪だから心配するほどじゃないよ。」
Nothing to be worried about でも nothing to worry about でも大丈夫です。
it's just a cold 「ただの風邪です」
