気が利くって英語でなんて言うの？

気が利く、は、thoughtful という表現が一番近いと思います。
Thank you, you are so thoughtful! といえば、お心遣い、ありがとうございます！という表現になります。

thoughtfulでよく使われる表現として、How thoughtful of you!またはThat's very thoughtful of you.が使えます。

どちらも「とても思いやりがあってありがとうございます」という意味が入っています。
That's very thoughtful of you.はちょっとフォーマルで、How thoughtful of you!はちょっとカジュアルな感じです。

attentiveは「注意深い、気遣いができる、思いやりがある」の意味なので、「気が利く」のニュアンスにはかなり近いです。

その他にも状況に応じてnice、smartなども使えます。
書かれた状況に対する例文としては；
