「そんな表情をされるとつい何でも言う事を聞いてしまう」って英語でなんて言うの？

「つい何でもいうこと」＝「anything you (have to) say」
「聞いてしまう」＝「(I) can't help but listen」

このような表現はとても役にたつと思います。

「I can't help but listen」という文法は英語でよく使われている気がします。それにこの表現にちょうどいいです。

「you make that face」の「that face」の間に、「kind of」＝「そんな」を入れてもいいですが、ない方が自然だと思います。
