何回も同じことを言わせてすみませんでした は
I am sorry to make you repeat many times.
あるいは
I'm so sorry to make you say the same thing again and again.
といいます。
make you repeat
(繰り返させる make は~させる という使役動詞・repeat は say でもOKですが、その場合は the same thingをつけます）
何度も は
again and again や many times です。
また、
I'm sorry と略すより、I am sorry とした方が、きちんと謝っている感が伝わります。
あるいは
I'm so sorry と、so（veryの意味） などをつけるとよいです。
your teacher will not mind repeating something many times. He/She is just happy when you understand it and feel comfortable with something you have learnt.
It is very nice of you to apologise and I am sure your teacher will understand.
All of the phrases above can be used to say sorry for asking him/her to repeat it

I apologise = This is a slightly more formal phrase.
To say the same thing =to repeat the same word/phrase
Over and over = again and again = repetitively
Sorry for..... =これは謝罪の典型的な言い方です。
