「車のドア」は、"car door"
"shut"も"close"も「閉まる」
"all the way"は、「ずっと・完全に」
という意味です。

ーThe door is not closed all the way.
「ドアが最後まで閉まっていない。」
all the way「最後まで・すっかり」を使った言い方。
ーThe door is not closed tight.
「ドアがしっかり閉まっていない。」
not closes tight で「しっかり閉まっていない」
ーThe door is not closed completely.
「ドアが完全に閉まっていない。」
not closed completely で「完全に閉まっていない」
