動物が換毛する英語で"Shed"（毛と羽なら）と"Molt"（皮膚なら）を言えます。デグーですから"Shed"を言います。
換毛期＝Shedding season, molting seasonですけどあんまり「換毛期」英語で使わないと思います。普通に"It's shedding."か"It's shedding its fur."と言ったら、他の人すぐ分かります。
動物などの毛は"Fur"という意味です。
抜ける=To fall out, to come out, to shed(動物なら)
