直訳すれば、「If I read the passage too quickly, I can't pronounce it well」となります。これはもちろんいいですが、もっと自然な表現はあると思います。
「If I read the passage too quickly, my pronunciation suffers.」となります。
大違いは二部分目のところです。「I can't pronounce it well」の代わりに「私の発音が悪くなる」＝「my pronunciation suffers」を使います。
