「上司から」＝「from the boss」
「期待されている」＝「is expected」
直訳すれば、大体「As for me, things are expected from my boss.」となりますが、不自然だし、英語で全然言いません。
なので、「My boss expects great things from me.」や「My boss has high expectations for me.」を使いましょう。
「great things」が「大したこと」という意味があり、このような状況ではちょうどいいです。
「high expectations」もだいたい同じようなニュアンスがします。

「上司」のことは英語で「boss」や「superior」で表現できます。
「○○に期待されている」は英語で「○○is counting on me」という形で表現できますので、「上司から期待されている」は英語で「My boss is counting on me」か「My superior is counting on me」で表現できます。
例文：
「ほかのメンバーに期待されていますので頑張ります」
→「I will work hard since the other members are counting on me」
「親にめっちゃ期待されています」
→「My parents are really counting on me」
