上記の二つの言い方は少しだけ違いがあります。
一番目の例の場合では、「he has been」ではなくて代名詞の「him」＝「彼を」を使います。
二番目の例の場合では、「he has been」ではなくて「he has」を使います。「been」を使わないです。
両方の言い方でも、「never」ではなく「ever」を使います。なぜかと言うと、否定の「no」はもう使われるからです。
