Don’t touch it with your 〜 hands
〜手で触らないで
私に触らないでという意味であればitをmeにしますね。
例えば、
Don’t touch me with your cold hands
冷たい手で触らないで
Don’t touch me with your sticky hands
ベタベタの手で触らないで
こういう場合でよく聞いたことある表現は
Don’t touch me when your hands are sticky like that (直訳：手がそういう風にベタベタの時私に触らないで）
Oh don’t touch me. Your hands are sticky.
(あ、私に触らないで。手がベタベタ。）

この場合、次のように言うと良いですよ。
ーDon't touch me with your cold hands.
「冷たい手で触らないで」
ーDon't put your cold hands on me like that.
「そんな風に冷たい手を私に置かないで」＝「冷たい手で触らないで」
ーYour hands are all sticky. Don't touch me.
「手がベタベタだよ。触らないで」
ーDon't touch me with those sticky hands.
「そのベタベタの手で触らないで」
