ご面倒でなければ、裾を直していただけないでしょうか。
「If it is not too much trouble, could you please～」をつけることでより丁寧な言い方になります。
・If possible, would you be able to fix the hems?
裾を直していただけないでしょうか。
「If possible, would you ～」も丁寧な言い方ですので使ってみてください。

--- お直し = fix
--- hem repair = 上の文では、名詞のことです。

Repair/fixは「直す」という意味です。どちらを使っても意味が変わらないです。しかし、repairは軟らかいものとあまり使われていないです。
例）I need my bag to be repaired.
Could you fix my blouse?
Sew this back togetherは服が破れているので、縫うと直します。これと、部分と部分をつなげて一つになって直します。
