英訳１：Would it be okay if ...?は「…してよろしいでしょうか？」と尋ねるときの丁寧な言い出し表現です。
また、if節の動詞は過去形になることに注意しましょう。
英訳２：Would it be possible to ...?もまた、「…してよろしいでしょうか？」の意味になります。
１と２、どちらもフォーマルで、丁寧なのでこのシチュエーションにふさわしいですが、２の方がやや丁寧度合いが高いと言えます。
Could you give us another table over there? (向こうの別のテーブルにしていただけますか？)
Could you～で「～していただけますか？」と丁寧に依頼する時に使います。give us another tableは「私たちに他のテーブルを与える」→「他のテーブルにしてくれる」となります。over thereは「向こうに(の)」。
Can we move to a table over there? (向こうのテーブルに移動しても良いですか？)
Can we～で「～できますか？」「～しても良いですか？」と質問する時に使います。move to～は「～に移る」「～に移動する」。
もし移りたいテーブルが決まっていたら、that table in a corner「あの隅のテーブル」とより具体的に言うと良いでしょう。
