私の場合は、「呼びかける」ときの〝おっさん”、”おばさん”、という意味の表現を紹介します。
一つは〝Ｏｌｄ ｍａｎ！” という表現。呼びかける時によく聞く表現ですが、日本語と同じように礼儀はそこにありません。むしろ怒りを表現するなら最適かも。
同時に、〝He's an old man” （彼はおっさんだよ）という言い方もできますが、この場合でしたら本人を目の前にしていなければ特別に失礼な表現ということではありませんね。
女性なら、〝lady!” と呼びかけるだけで「おばさん！」というニュアンスになってしまいます。従って事前に知っておきたいところですね。
単なる話題の中で〝おっさん” とか〝おばさん” と言うなら、〝a guy in his thirties” （３０代のおっさん）とか、〝a lady in her sixties”（６０代のおばさん）というニュアンスで表現するのが最も多いのかな？と思います。

"Older guy" is used by young people like myself whenever we are talking about somebody who is 30 or above.
Middle aged person is probably better for somebody who is 40-50.

Aunt = Someone's aunt is the sister of their mother or father, or the wife of their uncle. Aunt is used by children for any older woman.
Uncle = The brother of one's father or mother, or the husband of one's aunt.
Someone who helps, advises, or encourages.

「middle-aged」が何歳から何歳までを指すのかは人によって違うと思いますが、一般的には「30代半ばから50代後半」とされています。
