来月から本件の担当者が変わるので予めお知らせしますって英語でなんて言うの？

前もって＝in advance　を使えば良いでしょう。

担当者＝a person in charge 　なので、担当者が変わりますは

the person in charge will change あるいは　a change in the person in charge　ですね。

ただし、自分が担当をおりて、別の人と交代しますというのであれば、

Mr. will take my place または Mr. will replace me と言います。
どちらにせよ、具体的に名前があった方が感じが良いですね

　I would like to inform you in advance that the person in charge of this matter (project) will change next month.
(あらかじめお知らせしたいのですが、この件（プロジェクト）の担当者が来月変わります。）

I would like to inform you in advance that there will be a change in the person in charge of this project next month.
（あらかじめお知らせしたいのですが、来月担当者の変更があります。）

I would like to tell you Mr. Tanaka is replacing me next month.
（お知らせしておきたいのですが、来月担当が私から田中さんになります）

英訳①　just so you know には、「だから何だというわけではないが」というニュアンスがあるので、「一応お知らせしておきますと」という感じで使えます。
take over が「～を引き継ぐ」という意味です。
next month は「来月」になります。

英訳②　handle は「～を取り扱う（担当する）」、replace は「～に取って代わる」という意味です。

英訳③　lead は「～を率いる」の意味です。

これらは、担当者の名前もそのうち発表されることを暗に伝えるような言い方です。

I'd like to inform you that I will no longer be in charge of this project starting next month.
来月から私が本件の担当者を外れることをお知らせいたします。

~ will take my place. / ~ will take over.
〜が引き継ぎます。

take over は「引き継ぐ」という意味の英語表現です。
