It is now common practise to comment or add a few words of response when we see a friends pictures appearing on social media...
"Liking whatever the content represents" is a way of complimenting the person who uploaded it.
例：Your picture is so good it looks like you are really enjoying yourself!
「あなたの写真いいね！楽しんでるのが伝わってくる！」
例：That snap you posted is so vibrant and full of life...you look very happy in it!
「あなたが載せた写真、躍動感があって、生きてるって感じ！すごく楽しそう！」
