「○○はあの人の口癖だよね。」なんてよく言ったりしますが、英語で口癖って何て言うんでしょうか？

例文はどれも単語一つになっちゃいましたが、使い方は ”his/her" をつけて “○○の癖” という表現にします。
最初の単語はまさに “癖” 、“習慣” という意味ですのでこのまま “his habit” と使えます。
二個目は “favorite” （ “お気に入りの” ) という単語ですから、“favorite way of talking” （お気に入りの話し方） とか、“favorite speech” （お気に入りの言い方） と使えるでしょう。一つ目の単語、“habit” を使う時との違いは、その人の言い方や癖を尊重している、別に軽蔑したり馬鹿にしているわけではない、またその癖に嫌悪感を感じているわけではない、というニュアンスが含まれます。
三個目、“style” というとこれはカタカナでも使われている単語ですが、“彼のスタイル” 、ちょっとカッコいい言い方になるかもしれません。従ってこれは二個目の例よりはるかに相手のその癖に対して尊重、尊敬、またはできることなら真似すらしたい、かっこいい彼・彼女ならではの言い方、というニュアンスを含めることができるかもしれませんね。
一方、決まった言葉や句、同じ単語をよく使うという意味であれば “favorite phrase” とも言えますが、いずれ一般的に使われている “口癖” という熟語的な表現は英語に無いようです。

「口癖」という日本語にこだわらずに、本質的に何を伝えたいのかを考えましょう。
「あの人は〜が口癖だよね」を「あの人〜ってよく言うよね」と変換して、
'He/She says ... a lot" はどうでしょうか？
例：
He says "man" a lot.
彼は「man」とよく言います。
この日本語の変換ができるようになると英会話がよりスムーズになります。
If my friend has a "signature phrase" I would tell him that's HIS phrase. So whenever I want to hear him say it again, I would say something like:
"Hey Eddie! Say your phrase! Say your phrase!"
We call that a "catch phrase" too because it's "catchy"
If you don't know what "catchy" means, it's what makes a word or phrase sound interesting and stand out in a special way.
Maybe it sounds funny, like every time your friend comes over he says hello in a strange but funny way so that would be his "catch phrase".
