「地震があったみたいだけど大丈夫？」は英語で「It seems there was an earthquake! Are you okay?」になります。「があったみたい」と言う時は多分自分が感じなかったの意味合いは英訳には「it seems」になります。「It seems」の代わりに「I heard that」に入れても良いです。「I heard」の場合には、地震が起ったのはどこかから聞きました。どちもは話者が自分で地震を感じていない場合の方が自然です。
