Have a crush on someoneのようにcrushを使って表現します。
よくある一方的な一目ぼれはcrushが使われることが多く、
海外ドラマなどをみていると、きっとこのフレーズを聞く機会が多いかもしれません。
crushにも色々ありますが大抵は短い[期間](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36323/)のものが多いですね。
それが本物で続くとlove at first sightの方がしっくりくると思います。
fall in love at first sightも一目見た時から[恋に落ちた](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/8285/)感じが分かります。
Amyさんの言うようにLove at first sightとI have a crush on someoneが一番頻繁に使われます。
但し、言い回しに気を付けなければいけません。

ポイントはat first sightを使うことによって”[初見](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/22931/)”か”一目”の意味をかねているので他のいろいろな表現が出来ます。
次のような表現も可能です。
I fell in love with you the first time I saw you.
「僕は初めて会ったときに君に恋したんだ」
fall in love with 〇〇で「〇〇に恋をする」、
the first time～で「初めて～したとき」を表します。
I've loved you from the very moment I saw you.
「君に会ったその瞬間から僕は君を愛し続けているんだ」
have loved youは現在完了形で「今に至るまでずっと愛し続けている」の意味です。
the very moment～は「～したまさにそのとき」です。
veryは無くてもいいですが、これを入れることで「まさにちょうど」という具合に意味を強めることができます。
「一目惚れ」の持つ「初めて見たときに恋に落ちる」という意味をそのまま取り出して上記のようにしてみました。
