People who regularly use the same corner shop, pub or restaurant are said to be 'regulars' or 'regular customers' of these places. They may be referred to as loyal customers - especially if there are a lot of alternative establishments in the area.
"That old man in the street is one of my regulars - he comes here at least three times a day."

The two sentences you see above are terrific ways to describe a customer that comes to a shop or restaurant a lot. The first sentence is appropriate for a formal setting while the last sentence is appropriate to use with close friends or family. In the last sentence you will see the word regular. Although this word has a lot of different definitions, in this sentence it means a regular customer.
最近は日本語でも聞く「レギュラー」はまさに常連さんです。
「昨日、バイト先の常連さんにビールをもらった。」
“I got a beer from a regular (of the restaurant I work) yesterday.
“A regular customer got me a beer yesterday.
「バイト先の」は付けなくてもregularで仕事での常連さんだとわかります。

It is common to use the phrase "a regular' / "one of our Regulars.."
