The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener the social issue of bullying. In the second sentence you will see the verb browbeat. This has the same meaning as bully, to intimidate others by using force or negative words. This first sentence is appropriate for a formal setting while the second sentence is appropriate for informal settings.
