There are various ways to express that one has a strange or unique personality. You can achieve this by using numerous adjectives such as; peculiar, odd and unusual. peculiar- Different to what is considered normal. oo character- Implying that you have a different and unexpected character. unusual- Not common.

The two example sentences introduce you from the point of view of unspecified third parties (some). The advantage of this is that it distances you from the opinion. Also, excessive use of the word 'I' when speaking about yourself, is considered bad style.

When talking about yourself if you use the words 'strange' or 'weird' then this might come across to people in a negative way as they both mean unusual a better word to use would be 'unique' this means one of a kind and different you could also use 'quirky' which means you have unexpected behaviour

In this sentence the word off means strange or weird. This word is appropriate for informal settings, like talking with close friends or family. It would make an awesome addition to your vocabulary.

"I am a bit weird" suggests that you are different to other people, but is not that kind to yourself. "I am a bit eccentric" is more of a positive adjective, meaning the same, a bit different. "Unique" is kind to yourself, saying that your different, but everyone wants to be unique! You could say "I am a bit..." or "I have a ... personality" with any of these adjectives.
