The most usual expression for a house move is 'moving house'.
EX "We're moving house in August."
An alternative way to talk about a move is to mention that you are changing address.

While moving means to move around, in North American English if you say you are moving it is implied you are moving homes. You can also just say "I'm moving into a new apartment." Although the apartment may be 100 years old, the apartment/ house is new to you!

There are a number of ways to say this. You can say I'm moving from Tokyo to New York. If you're already in the process, you can say "I'm in the process of moving to New York". You can also say "I am going to move".

Whether it is a house, apartment or condo this expression works well. The word new can mean that the house is brand new, no one has lived there before you. OR you can say...."I am moving into a house that is new to me." Meaning it might be an old house, but the location is new to you.
"I am moving to a new house/apartment/condo soon."（新しい家・アパート・マンションにもうすぐ引っ越します。）
引っ越し先が、家でもアパートでも購入したマンションでも上記の表現を使うことができます。
new（新しい）をつけることでその家が新築でこれまで誰も住んでいない、ということがわかります。
"I am moving into a house that is new to me."（初めて住む家にに引っ越します）この場合は、家自体は古いけれども、その場所に住むことがあなたにとって初めて、という意味になります。
The literal translation is "I will move". However there are many different ways of saying this statement correctly. If you are trying to explain to someone that you are going to move you could say sentences like:

Both of these expressions are very popular to let someone know that you are moving from your current place of residence to another. The most common used in the U.S. is the first one.
