「成果」という言葉は英語でいうと色々な言い方を使えます。例えば、AchievementとAccomplishment両方使えます。

「成果」に含めてる努力を考えると一番似ている言い方は「The fruits of labor」だと思います。labor という言葉には「苦労した分、頑張った分」という意味を含めています。fruits 一般的に「果物」という意味ですがlabor と一緒に使うと「成果」という近い意味に変わります。
My work has bore fruit = 頑張った仕事は成功になりました
