梅雨明けって英語でなんて言うの？

「梅雨明け」は、end of the rainy season と言えると思います。
「梅雨が明けたその日」を言うなら、the day the rainy season is over とも言えます。

「梅雨が明ける」と言う場合は、下の例文のように

例）The rainy season usually finishes sometime between the end of June and (the) beginning of July.
「梅雨は通常６月下旬から７月上旬にかけて明ける。」

例）It's wet and sticky during the rainy season so I hope it's over soon.
「梅雨はジメジメ、ベトベトしているので、早く明けて欲しい。」
